StreamBase Systems today announces that Betfair has selected StreamBase CEP. The selection allows Betfair, the world's largest Internet betting exchange, to use StreamBase's Complex Event Processing (CEP) platform to integrate distributed real-time event flows into the Betfair Cloud platform.
The StreamBase CEP platform is a high-performance system for rapidly building applications that analyse and act on real-time streaming data. StreamBase CEP is distinguished by bringing together three significant capabilities in one integrated platform: rapid development via visual development; extreme performance with a low-latency high-throughput event server, and broad pre-built connectivity.
