Ipreo, a provider of market intelligence, data Analytics , and workflow solutions to financial services, has integrated the services suite of Symphony Communication Services LLC, a communications and workflow technology company, according to a Ipreo statement.

The partnership will help assimilate the service suite of Symphony Communication as well as Ipreo’s capital markets workflow applications. Overall, the integration is important as it will help enable select clients to utilize direct messaging functionality. This includes Ipreo’s suite of capital markets applications and CRM applications as well as its end-to-end bookbuilding applications for across all asset classes and security types.

According to Bill Sherman, Executive Vice President (EVP) and Managing Director of the Global Markets Group at Ipreo, in a recent statement on the integration: “Ipreo’s entire business is built around providing efficient solutions that benefit our clients and facilitate the controlled flow of mission-critical information related to capital formation, in a way that fits their natural day-to-day workflow.”

“After speaking with a number of mutual clients, it’s clear that this integration will allow for a true evolution in the way market participants can interact around deals, by combining the functionality they rely on – messaging, deal documents, IOI and order submission, allocations, etc. – all in one centralized secure place,” he added.

“Symphony’s secure, compliant, Cloud -based communications service offers a place where markets and individuals can create vibrant communities to share content, insights and opinions – meeting all information security and compliance requirements. Our users can increase their productivity by using Symphony messaging and workflow platforms like Ipreo together,” noted Lawrence Miller, EVP of Global Technology at Symphony.
