BDO Unibank, by far the largest bank in the Philippines, has expanded its long-term relationship with Fiserv after upgrading to the recent versions of Signature, a retail core banking platform, and Teller, a front-end teller system. The Brookfield-based financial services technology company will also offer BDO Unibank its Communicator enterprise framework solution to include Managed Services and provide integration between Signature and third-party solutions.

With the upgrade of the Signature and Teller solutions, BDO Unibank now has a new front-end design that offers continued ease-of-use and a streamlined view of the customer for bank staff. On the back end, the bank now has real-time online transaction processing and streamlined end-of-day processes that save hours of manual work per day.

Teller is a branch-tellering and transaction-processing solution that provides tools to automate daily operations and give management the visibility and controls necessary to remain compliant and operate safely within a global context.
