Lowest Latency
BSO has upgraded to Accedian’s state-of-the-art network monitoring technology across its international premium low-latency network allowing BSO to monitor and compare multi-vendor, long-haul infrastructure to dynamically determine the lowest latency and most reliable service for clients.
BSO made the strategic decision to partner with Accedian based on its reputation and ability to offer the most advanced technical solution to meet the demands of its customers, providing a real-time, network-wide view of performance and measurement of ultra-low latency with microsecond precision.
Peter Newcombe, VP Sales EMEA at Accedian, said: “As pressure on international routes and networks grows daily, it’s essential that BSO is able to meet its customers’ insatiable demand for content delivered in ‘real time. Accedian’s unique technology processes every data packet at line speed to identify potential performance bottlenecks and ensure that customers are provided with the best possible, lowest latency routes available.”
Real-time Insights
Using Accedian’s network visibility and assurance technology, BSO can transparently provide clients with real-time insight into capacity management, usage, bandwidth, latencies, packet loss and other performance indicators.
BSO’s international footprint is instrumented edge-to-edge, taking visibility beyond the core, to deliver assured performance over tailored, custom-engineered networks. This is made possible by aggregating infrastructure from multiple providers to provide premium international routes.
Michael Ourabah, CEO at BSO, said: “Flexibility of network services is the future, and we plan to be at the forefront of this progression. Accedian’s advanced network monitoring will allow us to be even more proactive and transparent with our clients. Very few providers meet this extra level of service and it’s offerings like this that make BSO a global leader within the industry.”
