US-headquartered Fiserv, Inc., a global provider of financial services technology solutions, traded on the Nasdaq under ticker FISV, today said that Encentus Federal Credit Union (Encentus FCU) has selected its Portico services, as per an official announcement.
The Oklahoma-based credit union is switching from its current providers to enhance its operational efficiency, as expected from the use of the technology provided by Fiserv, which will help deliver members an enhanced experience, as explained in the update. Fiserv had also just announced a new appointment to its board, as covered in a separate update from Finance Magnates today.

Enhancing operational efficiency
Products from Fiserv that were selected by Encentus include the Virtual Branch for online banking, Mobiliti for mobile banking, as well as AccountCreate for online account opening, and Mobile Source Capture for mobile deposits.
In addition, Loancierge was selected for lending Automation and eFichency for document archiving, from among the chosen products from Fiserv that are offered in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ) suite.
