Nasdaq today unveiled the launch of its Nasdaq Financial Framework, a streamlined approach for the company to offer flexible end-to-end solutions to financial infrastructure providers globally, according to an official announcement, and based on three components that the new offering is built upon in its core.

As a leading provider of Exchange technology including trading, clearing, and listing services, as well as information and public company services, Nasdaq released the new solution across all of its business units and said it will make the framework available immediately to the more than 100 market operator clients that the company has globally.

The company's clients that are set to be able to access the new service include traditional exchanges, inter-broker dealers, and alternative trading venues, as well as clearing houses and central securities depositories, as per the Nasdaq statement regarding the new launch.

Three Components
The three components that the Nasdaq Financial Framework is built on include Nasdaq Core, which acts as the high speed hub to support the additional two components including Nasdaq Business Applications which are described as a complete set of business functionality tools that support the entire trade lifecycle and that are modular and interoperable.

The third component is Nasdaq Core Services which include a set of optional shared services that aid the Nasdaq business applications and includes connectivity, Blockchain , and other advanced features such as machine learning.
