Following the recent v1.23 release, which focused on refining the user interface and visual design, this new version includes a new "Services" section, integration with Zendesk, and upgraded reports for the IB Module.

Updated Services Section: All-in-One Screen

B2Core iOS now features a brand-new Services menu, simplifying the process of finding supported services such as Trading, Finances, Helpdesk, IB, and more. Users can arrange the order of widgets to their liking using a simple drag-and-drop function. Additionally, this section provides a sneak preview of new services that will be available soon.

Zendesk Integration

Following the integration of Zendesk - a leading customer service platform utilising AI technology - into the web version of B2Core, this feature has now been expanded to the iOS app. Zendesk offers ticketing, live chat, and AI tools to enhance client interactions. Users can access the Helpdesk feature via the Profile section and seamlessly transition to Zendesk directly from the app without needing additional authorisation.

Thorough Reports on Client IB Activity and Rewards

The Clients section has been added to the IB Room of the B2Core iOS app, enhancing the capabilities of the previously released IB module. Users can now access detailed reports on their Direct and Sub-IB clients who registered via referral links. These reports include each client's total trading volumes and the rewards earned from their referral activities.

Furthermore, the IB Room now provides comprehensive reports on rewards deposited into users' wallets, with all transaction details accessible with a single tap. This feature gives users complete control over their earnings and enhances rewards management. The Rewards section is conveniently located at the bottom of the IB module.
