Exness has just announced the appointment of its very own Fuad Karimov as Chief People Officer. Fuad will be leading the multi-asset broker’s global HR operation through the next phase of the company’s growth.

Fuad Karimov will also continue his previous role as Business Adviser to the CEO. Elena Krutova will continue her responsibilities as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the strategic management of the administrative divisions: people, finance, legal, and compliance.

In his new role, Fuad will oversee all aspects of Exness’ People Office with an emphasis on nurturing an inclusive culture and attracting, retaining, and managing top talent.

His strategic vision includes new staff development initiatives to equip employees with the skills necessary to navigate the fast-moving financial markets landscape, as Exness celebrates its 15th year.

His career with Exness began in the Business Development department, and within 4 years he climbed the ranks from Senior Manager in Trading Solutions to Business Adviser to the CEO.

Prior to Exness, Fuad worked at Saxo Bank as a Senior Institutional Business Development Manager pursuing business opportunities with financial institutions. He later transitioned to the role of Senior Relationship Manager, developing the portfolios of high-revenue clients.

I have no doubt that he will have a key role in reshaping HR and contributing to the overall success of our company.”

“I am delighted to take on the role of Chief People Officer”, Fuad Karimov said. “It is a privilege to take the lead on our company’s most important division and carry forward its legacy and reputation for nurturing a culture that inspires our talent to flourish and fosters an environment with an entrepreneurial mindset that successfully tackles the challenges of our ever-changing landscape.”
