Multi-asset broker Exness has just announced the launch of its public bug bounty program, in collaboration with HackerOne, the world’s leading platform for giving global brands access to ethical hackers.

A bug bounty program invites hackers, bug hunters and security experts to unearth any vulnerabilities a company’s websites, services and apps might have. Programs of this nature are offered by many large organisations including Google, Facebook and Apple, as part of their strategy to strengthen the security of their systems. Exness has announced that the crowdsourcing initiative, depending on the weight of the vulnerability, problem severity, novelty, exploitation probability, environment and other factors, will reward any bug reporter with up to $10,000.

A tech-driven broker known for its focus on the mathematical models underpinning all its products, Exness has always paid extra attention to both quality and security. It has consistently focused on creating a frictionless experience for its clients, and with the launch of HackerOne, takes its commitment to excellence one step further.

“Security, along with technology and science, is at the forefront of everything we do. We made the conscious decision to to extend our public Bug Bounty program beyond the common information security aspect. We are inviting the community to also take a look under the hood of our trading engine too.” Exness Chief Security Officer, Kirill Ermakov, commented. “And this is just the beginning, we plan to take our Bug Bounty program even further on every level, even in the rewards.”

Exness is a global multi-asset broker which uses a unique combination of technology and ethics to create a favorable market for traders and raise the industry benchmark. Exness’ ethos and vision revolve around the concept of offering its clients a frictionless trading experience, by bringing to life the financial markets in the way they should be experienced.
