Dominic Poynter, a marketing veteran with years of experience within the brokerage space, has become the Marketing Director of Axiory, Finance Magnates has learned exclusively.
Axiory and Poynter both confirmed the new position to Finance Magnates. As the Marketing Director, Poynter will be focusing on establishing Axiory as the go-to broker for international investors. He took on the role in mid-April of 2020 and is based in Cyprus.

Poynter joins Axiory with FX and CFD experience
Poynter joins the foreign exchange (forex) broker with two decades worth of experience in sales and marketing positions. Since 2004, his roles have mainly revolved around financial services. His experience includes the promotion of mortgages, loans, credit cards, banking, and since 2010 he has exclusively promoted Forex and CFDs.
Prior to his new role, Poynter was at NAGA Markets, where he was the Head of Affiliate Marketing and Sales. As Finance Magnates reported, he was previously employed at Positiva Markets, otherwise known as ATFX Global Markets, a specialized multi-asset brokerage in FX, precious metals, indices, and commodities. Here he was Head of Marketing in Limassol, Cyprus, and held the position for more than a year.
During his career, Poynter has also been the Director of Marketing Operations at easyMarkets, where he led the internal market operations at the broker and worked closely with the CMO to formulate strategy and Execution .
Within the industry, he has worked at ForexTime Ltd (FXTM) as its Head of Online Marketing and at FxPro Financial Services, where he was the Website Manager for nearly three years. Poynter first entered into the sales and marketing space in 1998 when he became a Sales Manager at London motorcycle dealership, First Bike Ltd.
