For the entirety of her tenure with the firm, Ms. McPhillips was based out of London, having originally joined the group back in 2008 as a Client Retention Manager from Saxo Bank. In her first role at CMC Markets she helped design and implement a client retention and reactivation strategy for the company, whilst improving client lifecycle touch points and brand engagement.

This paved the way for a promotion to its Head of Partners Marketing, which saw her focus on B2B marketing while emphasizing institutional sales and relationship management teams for over two years. Additionally, she worked as CMC’s Head of UK Partners in 2011 – in this capacity she was responsible for the group’s introducing broker and white label business in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

Her most recent role however was as CMC’s Group Head of Marketing, which she was promoted to in 2012. For the past five years she held global responsibility for the company’s marketing in such areas as strategic planning, campaign development, and marketing budgets. It is unclear who will be succeeding Ms. McPhillips or where her next stop will be.

Finance Magnates has reached out to CMC Markets for additional information on Ms. McPhillips’ replacement, but the company declined to elaborate on the matter.
