Itiviti, a technology and service provider for financial institutions, recently announced the appointment of Mireille Adebiyi, a Fintech veteran, as its Head of Marketing & Communications.
Adebiyi joins Itiviti with 17 years worth of experience in fintech. As the Head of Marketing & Communications, she will be based in Paris and will be in charge of the firm’s marketing strategy, communications, branding, and corporate messaging.
In her new role, Adebiyi will have a strong focus on digital marketing, Itiviti said in its statement on Wednesday. Furthermore, she joins the company’s Executive Management team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer Rob Mackay.

Commenting on the appointment, Rob Mackay, CEO, Itiviti said in the statement: “Mireille has a solid understanding of our business & customers, having spent the majority of her career working within trading software.
“Digital marketing is becoming an increasingly prominent area of focus within Itiviti, and Mireille brings extensive experience and strength to further our strategy. I am confident she will be a valuable addition to our Executive team.”

It was in London that Adebiyi started off her career, working for a Paris-headquartered software provider. Whilst here, she developed the company’s marketing and sales support processes. This was what put her on the path to work for the B2B financial software industry.
During her career, Adebiyi has worked for a number of firms. For the majority of her career, she was at Murex, a technology partner for the capital markets, where she spent more than 11 years. Her most recent position with the company was Global Marketing and Communications Officer.
Adebiyi joined Murex in 2004 as a Marketing and Communications Executive. She was promoted to Global Marketing and Communications Officer in 2008, her LinkedIn shows. She also held marketing roles at Yseop and Ullink, which is now part of Itiviti.
