TMX Group has on-boarded Alison Simpson as its newest Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing and Branding, who joins the Stock Exchange group in the newly created role beginning February 13, according to a company statement.

Ms. Simpson joins TMX Group after a number of senior leadership roles at leading Canadian venues for over two decades. In her new role her responsibilities will be the development of TMXβs overall marketing strategy as well as its continued push into the digital, mobile, and social media channels.
Prior to joining TMX Group she worked for Holt Renfrew as its SVP Marketing & Customer Experience. Moreover, she has also held senior titles of Executive Vice President of Bond Brand Loyalty and Maritz Research, among others, part of a lengthy career extending back to 1997.
